Evo Kit Pro

The Evo Kit Pro is a super stiff powerhouse that, like all our Evo Kits, uses the TSDZ22020 as a base!

Here, 82Nm of torque is available as maximum performance, which the torque sensor then provides when it is needed. These are passed on to the chain via the CNC-milled aluminum chain ring, which forms a unit with the CNC-milled spider, without twisting. In this way, the torque arrives at the rear wheel without losses, even on steep slopes.

The carbon housing on the crank side has an upper chain guide (38-46 teeth KB), which is also made of carbon with an accent of anodized aluminum. In case of wear, it is also available separately as a wearing part. The motor can be mounted in any position in the bottom bracket.

On the underside, a CNC aluminum roller on an adjustable bracket, also made of carbon, stretches the chain as far as possible around the chain ring. Thus, an optimal  Chain hold guaranteed and chain jumping prevented. So you can keep pedaling even on the roughest trail.

The left side consists of a hexagonal printed cover that protects the electronic unit and the electric motor. This is supported by a thick CNC machined 7075 T6 aluminum cover and steel screws. This unit is super stiff and resilient.

In addition, the heat dissipation is enhanced by the aluminum cover  of the engine improved.

The cover also accommodates the torque lock, which was developed in such a way that with the help of a groove in the bottom bracket and our CNC counterpart, after tightening the nut, the frame and motor form a torsion-proof and rigid unit. There is no need for additional support and it can also be installed in more complicated full-suspension bikes.

The discreet display provides all the necessary information such as mileage / daily kilometers / speed

and battery level available without being bulky on the handlebars. The cabling is also thickly sheathed and all plugs are of course waterproof. The support switches off at 25km/h in order to be a pedelec according to German law and therefore insurance-free.

With the EvoKit Pro, an additional plain bearing with an extension of the shaft made of 7075 aluminum and hardened steel screw, strength 12, is installed to compensate for the offset of the TSDZ22020 and to meet the higher demands.

All Evo kits are provided with LiquiMoly special grease to ensure permanent ease of movement.

Liquimoly screw lock for assembly is included.

Please note that some freeride or DH bikes have an ISCG chain guide mount.

This must be removed mechanically by machining before installation. If you need help here, simply contact us. We would be happy to advise you or do the work ourselves.
